新农村建设与农村金融体制的构建

建设社会主义新农村,需要大量资金投入,这离不开农村金融业的支持;而在我国现行农村金融制度安排下,农村金融供给不足、发展滞后,农民贷款难没有得到根本解决,已严重阻碍了农村经济的发展。农村金融体制改革必须通盘考虑,增加金融供给,建立与社会主义新农村建设相适应的农村金融体制,满足新农村建设多层次、全方位融资需求。

Building New Countryside and Setting up Rural Financial System

A great deal of capital investment will be needed in the building of socialist new countryside,which can not be done without the support of rural financial industry.In the current arrangement of rural financial system,the supply of rural finance is in shortage,the development of rural finance is backward and the problem in farmers' financing can not be solved completely,which hampers the development of rural economy.We must reform rural financial system in an overall way,enhance rural financial supply and set up rural financial system which is suitable for socialist new countryside building and can meet multi-level and various financial demands in building new countryside.
