On How to Promoting Our Enterprises' International Competitive Capacity |

| Abstract: | Compared with foreign enterprises, our enterprises have obvious gap in human resources development, technological standard, creative ability, management efficiency and concept etc. We should strengthen the development of human resources, carry out the creation of organization and improve creative ability to promote our enterprises' international competitive capacity. |
