| 摘 要： | 高校财务管理中存在效益观念淡薄,财务信息质量不高,预算编制不完善等问题。改善我国高校财务管理状况,应尽快建立健全各级经济责任制,确定财务管理目标,加强科学预算,优化资源配置并建立起全面的监督体系。

| Abstract: | In financial management in university,staff members are indifferent to profit,the quality of financial information is not high and budget building is not perfect.We should establish and perfect economic responsibility,make financial management goal clear,strengthen scientific budgeting,optimize resources disposal and establish overall supervision system to improve the condition of financial administration in university. |
