| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and sums up the strategy of Seoul in population controlling and distributing, and puts forward that in order to speed up social and economic development Beijing needs to specify the functions of zones and take strict measures guaranteeing their accomplishment, to adjust industrial structure, to encourage institutions moving out to suburbs, to develop greatly railway transportation for promoting commuting efficiency, and to strengthen regional cooperation for boosting reasonable population floating. |
