中外融资租赁业发展比较及经验借鉴

商务部日前颁布《外商投资租赁业管理办法》已于2005年3月5日试实施,允许以外商独资形式设立从事租赁业务、融资租赁业务的外商投资企业。《外商投资租赁业管理办法》降低了外商进入我国融资租赁业的门槛,对我国租赁业的发展是一个巨大的挑战,本文通过对中外融资租赁业发展现状及差异分析对比,指出我国的租赁业应吸取国外一些国家的经验,以争取在竞争中找到出路。

China and foreign countries financing and leasing industry development comparison and experience reference

The Department of Commercial Affairs promulgated Foreign Investment Rent Industry Policing Method trial has implemented on March 5th in 2005, which allows establishing foreign investment enterprise which can be engaged in rent services as well as financing rent services. Foreign Investment Rent Industry Policing Method reduced the threshold of the foreign merchant entering our country financial rent industry. It is also a Serious challenge to the rent industry. This article points out some foreign experience which domestic industry should absorb from by analyzing the difference contrust between China and foreign.
