乡村振兴战略下乌鲁木齐县农村一二三产业融合程度评价

近年来,乌鲁木齐县政府出台了一系列支持农村产业融合的政策,大力推进质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,推动农村一二三产业融合发展.基于乌鲁木齐县农村产业融合发展背景及对国内外文献的梳理、总结,应用实地调研法、文献研究法等多种方法对乌鲁木齐县农村一二三产业融合发展的基础、模式、关联度、困境等展开了研究分析.运用灰色关联度分析法对2014—2018年乌鲁木齐县农业与其相关的18个产业之间关联度进行评价,探究出现阶段乌鲁木齐县农村一二三产业融合发展的薄弱点;结合乌鲁木齐县农村产业融合发展现状、各产业之间的关联程度分析以及目前乌鲁木齐县产业融合发展的困境分析,从"提高产业融合水平""人才培养与引进""深化农旅结合"等方面为今后乌鲁木齐县农村一二三产业融合发展提出建议.

Evaluation on the Degree of Integration of Primary Secondary and Tertiary Industries in Rural Areas of Urumqi County under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

In recent years, Urumqi county government has issued a series of policies to support the integration of rural industries, vigorously promoting quality change, efficiency change, dynamic change, and promoting the integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Based on the background of rural industrial integration development in Urumqi county and the combing and summary of domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the foundation, mode, correlation degree and dilemma of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industry integration development in Urumqi county by using field research method, literature research method and other methods. This paper uses the gray correlation analysis method to evaluate the correlation between agriculture and its 18 related industries in Urumqi county from 2014 to 2018, and explores the weak points of the integration development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Urumqi county at the present stage; combined with the current situation of the integration development of rural industries in Urumqi county, the analysis of the correlation degree between various industries, and the current dilemma of the integration development of industries in Urumqi county Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industry integration in Urumqi county from the aspects of "improving the level of industrial integration"talent training and introduction"deepening the combination of agriculture and tourism".
