基于制度角度的河南省中小企业融资研究

当前制约河南省中小企业发展的因素很多,其中,融资难是主要的瓶颈之一。造成河南省中小企业融资难的原因是比较复杂的,但从制度层面分析,中小企业融资难的根源在于融资制度过剩与融资制度短缺并存所形成的双重制度性壁垒。因此,促进中小企业融资的出路在于一方面要深化改革,放松金融管制,另一方面要增加对中小企业的融资制度供给,如大力发展中小金融机构,建立完善对中小企业融资的信用担保支持体系等。
