| 摘 要： | 学校学生阳光体育运动的开展和体育课程的改革与实施,使高校学生对体育课与体育锻炼有了更多的选择空间,而女生形体训练课程已渐渐成为高校学生选修的主要项目。本文采用实证分析、经验总结等方法,从多个方面探讨了女生形体训练课在高校开设的必要性,进而探析高校开设女生形体训练课程的意义与价值。
