浅谈我国农村公路的养护与管理

农村公路是国民经济发展的一项重要交通基础设施。近年来,我国农村公路建设实现了历史性突破,但已建成的农村公路的养护管理还存在很多问题。沿袭多年的传统养护管理机制己经不适应新的要求,是当前面临的一个迫切需要解决的问题。探寻新的农村公路养护管理长效机制是亟待解决的问题。

Discussion on the Maintenance and Management of Highway at China's Rural Area

Rural highway is an important transport infrastructure of national economy development.In recent years,China＇s rural highway construction realizes historic breakthrough,the completed rural highway maintenance administration has lots of problems.Following the traditional conservation management mechanism could not adapt to the new requirement which is a problem needs urgent solution.It is urgent to look for the long-term maintenance administration mechanism of rural highway.
