Challenges in Ideological and Political Education for Cadets at New Era and Coping Strategies

Cadets,as an important part of military personnel of military modernization,is an important force to strengthen the army through science.Its ideological and political quality relate to the success or failure of our military construction.From the challenge that the education environment,educational subject,educational requirements of ideological and political education faced,the paper put forward that ideological and political education in military academy needs to coordinate,create a good environment,innovate and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,to highlight the characteristics and strengthen the pertinence of ideological and political education.
