| Abstract: | This article first analyzes the background of talent education in agricultural mechanization and explains the guiding ideology to cultivate innovative agricultural talent,then combines the characteristics of agricultural machinery major in Hainan University and presents the model of trinity applied into talent education.Finally it provides the detailed practical scheme of talent cultivation model. |
