| 摘 要： | 在理论与实践相结合的高度上,搞清楚高校思想政治理论课教学团队建设归根到底"为了谁、依靠谁、建设成果由谁享有"这一根本性价值问题,明确团队建设的价值追求,对于规划建设过程、整合建设力量、引导建设方向、指导建设行为、确保建设实效至关重要。
