| 摘 要： | 高校教务秘书队伍作为高校教学管理队伍中的重要力量,其工作质量直接影响到学校教学工作的正常运转和教学质量的稳步提高。针对目前高校教务秘书队伍普遍存在的问题,应采取积极主动的措施和方法不断完善,培养出一支优秀的高校教学管理队伍。
