高职院校法制教育问题思考

加强法制教育,提高大学生法律素养是高等教育的重要组成部分,对创建和谐校园,构建和谐社会具有重要意义。作为高等教育重要组成部分,高职院校要加强法制教育,提高学生法制观念和法律素养。目前高职院校的法制教育不尽如人意,存在诸多薄弱环节,高职学生法律素质亟待提升。针对现存的问题,学校、教师、学生、社会必须采取有力措施,形成合力,完善课程设置,改变教学方式、方法,强化师资力量,加强理论与实践结合,帮助学生树立起法律意识和法治观念,为构建和谐社会做出贡献。

Study of Legal Education in Vocational College

Improving students＇ legal education and literacy is an important part of higher education. It makes sense to create a harmonious campus and to build a harmonious society. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational colleges should strengthen their students＇ legal education to improve their legal awareness and literacy. Legal education in higher vocational colleges is not satisfactory. There are many weak links. Vocational students need to enhance the legal quality. To solve these problems, schools, teachers, students, community must get together and take strong measures which include improving curriculum, changing teaching methods, strengthen the teaching staff and strengthen the theory and practice to help students establish a sense of law and to contribute to build a harmonious society.
