| 摘 要： | 本文将数控加工与直齿锥齿轮加工技术相结合,基于UG强大的CAM功能,建立刀具,并对加工直齿锥齿轮刀位轨迹进行计算。对直齿锥齿轮进行校验、模拟加工。最后进行后置处理,生成数控程序。

| Abstract: | This article refers to the combination of the numerical control processing and the technology of straight bevel gear processing,based on the formidable CAM function of UG.First,the cutting tool will be established and also the track of the straight bevel gear knife will be computated.Second,the straight bevel gear will be verified,simulated and processed.Finally the numerical control procedure will be finished after the post positioned processing. |
