| 摘 要： | 地方院校开设经济学专业适合时代发展需要,但培养的学生存在着一定的就业劣势,这就必须从学校实际出发,面向基层,调整教学计划,通过校内校外多种途径,进行技能课程实践,模拟实验实践等来提升学生就业能力。

| Abstract: | It is the demand of time for local colleges to open up economics department.However,students graduated from those colleges face certain difficulties in finding jobs.This situation requires colleges to be realistic and oriented toward grassroots.Besides,colleges should adjust the teaching schedules,cooperate internally and externally through various ways,carry out practical sessions and launch simulation experiments to improve the employability of their students. |
