| Abstract: | The development of qualified teachers in rural place is the bottleneck of arts education in rural primary and secondary school.Analysis about the practical problems which restrict the development of rural arts and arts education faculty,and exploration about the strategies to improve the quality of art teachers in rural place and the promotion of the development of quality education are the questions which the teaching staff of the whole society must be of concern. |
