摘    要:首先界定了企业知识型员工的定义并对其需求结构和特点等进行了分析。在此基础上结合宽带薪酬理论,讨论了宽带薪酬体系对企业知识型员工的激励作用以及在实践中应注意的一些问题。

Abstract:First,this paper gives the definition of knowledgeable employees in the enterprise and analyzes their demands' structure and characteristics.On this basis,this paper discusses the incentive effects of broadband salary system for knowledgeable employees in the enterprise and the problems that need to be fixed in practice.
