基于核心能力的地方高校办学特色路径研究——以仲恺农业工程学院为例

高校核心能力是一所高校整合内部资源,在长期的办学实践中积累形成的稀缺的、难以替代、竞争对手难以模仿的有价值的能力;高校办学特色指的是一所高校在办学过程中不断积累、形成和发展起来的比较稳定的方式和风格。本文运用案例研究方法,从核心能力中的激励能力和应用能力入手,对仲恺农业工程学院的办学特色及其形成路径进行了深入的分析和提炼。得出结论认为,认识核心、开放办学、积极创新是地方高校形成及不断提升其办学特色的重要形成路径。

Research on Education Feature's Path Based on Core Competence of Local Universities

University＇s core competence is high integrated internal resources.It is scarce,irreplaceable,and difficult to imitate,which is formed in long-term-running practice.A university＇s education feather is a stable way and style which was formed and developed in the process of running a university,and is the social recognition,unique,good personalized feature.We analyze the education feature and its path of Zhongkai University of agriculture and Technology deeply from the core competence of motivation and application ability,by the method of case research.We drive to the conclusion that pinpoint orientation,exoteric education and active innovation are the important approach of forming and exalting continuously its education feature for our country universities.
