On the Problems and Solutions of Rural Energy in China

Rural energy is the material base for China's development of the rural society and its sustainable economy as well as the agricultural modernization. Related to the enhancement of farmers' living standard and the improvement of the ecological environment, rural energy development is an inevitable requirement for the economic sustainable development in rural areas and China's new socialist countryside construction. China's rural energy development is now facing new challenges and opportunities; therefore, in order to guarantee China's sustainable agricultural development and its new socialist countryside construction, it is a necessity to explore the methods of strengthening the development of rural energy in the new times, to increase the utilization of rural energy, to improve the ecological environment of agriculture and rural areas.
