摘要：	近年来,我国农业和农村经济发生了深刻变化,农民收入也进入了一个新的增长期."十五"期间,全国农民人均纯收入实际增长5.3%,分别比"八五"和"九五"时期高出1个和05个百分点.2005年,农民人均纯收入3255元,比上年实际增长6.8%,增速为1997年以来的最高年.据国家统计局抽样调查,2006年前三季度,全国农民人均现金收入2762元,扣除价格因素,同比增长11.4%.
