Discussion on the Basic Points and Key Strategies of Sustainable Development of New Rural Social Endowment Insurance System

There are many difficulties and challenges in the course of implementing new rural social Endowment insurance system,from experiment stage,improvement stage to developed stage.At present,it is necessary to keep basic points,such as base security,broad coverage,urgent need and promoting equity and to stress following key strategies.First,to strengthen government’s leading function.Second,to improve individual account system and compound policies.Third,to solve the problems that rural resident transferred between the system continuation.
