公共危机治理中我国政府的信用建设

近年来我国日益频发的公共危机对政府能否有效履行其公共责任提出了新的挑战，成为影响政府信用建设的一个重要因素。由于政府的自利性、地方政府执政能力不足、监督机制和法律制度不完善等原因，我国政府在处理各种公共危机时，还存在一些信用缺失问题，影响着政府的公信力。重构政府信用，提升政府的危机治理能力，必须加强政风建设、健全民主监督机制、建设法治政府、完善政府信用考评机制。

Construction of China' s Government Credit in the Public Crisis Governance

In recent years, the increasingly frequent public crises in China give rise to new challenges for whether governments can effectively perform their public responsibility, which becomes an important influencing factor to the construction of China＇ s government credit. Owing to governmental self-interest, insufficiency of local governments＇ governance ability, and imperfection of the supervision mechanism and legal system, lack of credit when some local governments deal with various kinds of public crises affects the credibility of the governments. It＇ s necessary for reconstructing the government credit and enhancing the government＇ s crisis management ability to strengthen the construetion of governmental ethics, to improve the democratic supervision mechanisms, to construct governments ruled by law, and to perfect the evaluation mechanisms for the government credit.
