改善农村信用与增加金融投入关系实证研究

具备良好信用环境是农村获得更多金融投入的基础条件，金融投入对提高农户收入、培养农户信用意识发挥重要作用。以农村典型地区河池为视角，采用归纳总结、回归分析等实证分析方法，对十多年来农村信用状况与金融信贷投入增长关系进行分析，认为农村信用环境的优劣与贷款投入增长率之间存在明显正相关关系。设计农户信用评价指标体系和金融机构支农评价指标体系，对不同层次的农户信用和金融机构支农效果进行评价，提出推进农村信用建设、深化农村金融改革、给予农村困难群体惠农政策的建议．

An Empirical Research on the Relationship between Improving Rural Credit and Increasing Financial Investment

A good credit environment in rural areas is a basic condition to get more financial investments, and financial input plays an important role in improving farmers＇ income and cultivating farmers＇ awareness of credit. From the perspective of a typical rural region—— Hechi, by using such empirical research methodologies as summarizing and regression analysis, an analysis is made on the relationship between the rural credit status quo in the past decade and financial investment growth, holding that there is a significantly positive correlation between the pros and cons of the rural credit environment and the growth rate of loan inputs. The farmers＇ credit evaluation index system and financial institutions supporting agriculture evaluation index system are designed in the paper to evaluate the different levels of farmers＇ credit and supporting agriculture effect of financial institutions. Also, some recommendations are made： promoting the construction of rural credit, promoting rural financial reform, giving disadvantaged rural groups preferential agriculture-supporting policies, etc.
