| 摘 要： | 美日两国是世界上举办农业保险相对成功的国家,本文运用资源依赖理论提出了一个农业保险组织——资源分析框架,据此分析比较了美国和日本农业保险组织依存的资源环境及由此构建的农业保险组织体系。借鉴美日两国农业保险组织的经验,构建符合我国农业保险组织资源的组织体系,以促进农业保险发展。
