| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资（FDI）影响东道国的经济增长和产业发展，但国家或地区不同，FDI的溢出效应大小也不一样，有的甚至出现负效应。本文通过脉冲响应函数的实证分析证实了FDI在长三角制造业的正向溢出。

| Abstract: | Foreign direct investment （FDI） host the impact of economic growth and industrial development, but different countries or regions, FDI spillover effects of different size, and some even a negative effect. This article based on the impulse response function of the empirical analysis has confirmed the FDI in the manufacturing sector in the Yangtze River Delta being overrun. |
