摘    要:随着房地产需求的不断增长,房地产业面临着巨大的机遇与挑战,传统的营销方式只是将项目信息通过报纸、电视等媒体向消费者进行单向传递,存在诸多缺陷.而互联网的不断发展,使房地产网络营销在增强企业竞争力方面发挥越来越重要的作用.因此,深入分析房地产网络营销的优、劣势,推进多方互动与交流,市场调研,确定目标群,拓宽业务区域等房地产企业网络营销对策的实施,提出加强房地产网络营销管理的建议,对房地产网络营销的研究具有重大意义.
