高校学生的教育范式新探

学生工作就必须坚持以学生为本。以学生为本,就是要把学生的利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点,不断满足学生日益增长的多方面合理要求。根据学生的不同个性特点,始终以学生个体为中心,以尊重人格为特点,以人的全面发展为目标,在规范化教育的基础上推行生活化、人性化的学生工作,张扬学生的个性,鼓励学生的自主和创造,培养学生热爱生活、积极向上的人生观、价值观,争取每一名学生都能够健康发展并走向成功。在这一过程中,务必要带着对学生的深厚感情去工作,坚持教育人、引导人、鼓舞人与尊重人、理解人、关心人、帮助人的有机统一。学生工作,就必须把学生工作与解决学生的实际问题紧密结合起来。通过实实在在为学生办实事,赢得信任,凝聚人心。唯此才能达到“得人心”、“暖人心”、“稳人心”的目的,才能切实将学生工作真正转变为“人心”工作。

Probe into the Education Model of College Students

Students affairs should be undertaken based on the principle of student-centered. Teachers should devote themselves to it heartily by sticking to the integrity of educating, guiding, inspiriting students with respecting, understanding, caring as well as helping students. While dealing with those affairs, we should put stress on how to solve students' practical problems.
