构建以大学生为主驱动的教育质量保证机制

1998年联合国教科文组织就将以学生为中心的教育理念写进世界高等教育大会的《宣言》，这是现代大学提高教育质量、规范教学行为的准则。提高教育质量的最大直接受益者是学生，最关心教育质量的是学生及其家长。所以，我们要构建以大学生（包括家长）为主驱动的教育质量保证机制，这种机制能有效地促使学校再造培养流程，优化专业结构，优化培养方案，通过竞争提高教师教学水平并形成真正意义上的领衔教授及教学团队，真正实现教育质量的保证与持续提升。

Constructing the Guaranteed Mechanism of Education Quality Based on Undergraduate-centred

The education conception of learner - centred was implanted the manifesto of world higher education congress by UNESCO in 1998. It is the guide line of improving education quality and standardizing the teaching behavior. The maximal direct beneficiary of improving the education quality is student, and one of the most concerned education quality is student and their paterfamilias. Therefore, the guaranteed mechanism of education quality based on the undergraduate - centred should be constructed and the student should at least have the right of selecting major and teacher and the right of participation in establishing training,program. These rights help to continuously adjust and optimize specialty structure and training program. The genuine heading teaching faculty by competition will be formed to guarantee and promote continuously of education quality.
