| 摘 要： | 第三方物流以其独立化，专业化的特征改变了传统的物流模式，已成为企业的第三利润源泉，但由于我国第三方物流仍存在着许多不够完善的地方。如何针对这些问题进行研究，提出对策和改革思路，是我国第三方物流规范与发展的一项重要课题。
