| Abstract: | The scientific research funds is not only important to carry out research,but also for the survival and the development of research institutes.To improve the fund efficiency and enhance the scientific research ability,we should strengthen the management of agricultural scientific research funds.As more and more funds are invested,we ought to pay much attention to the financial management.This paper analyzes the present problems and puts forward to several innovative solutions to improve the using efficiency of the funds for scientific research. |
