| 摘 要： | 转轨时期,地方政府在资源配置中的主导地位决定了它能够明显影响到投入国有经济和民营经济的资源比例,地方政府通过对这种比例的选择来实现自身利益的最大化。国有经济和民营经济的实际比例会对地方政府的选择产生重大影响,这是中国民营经济发展有着不同的路径的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | In reforming times, because of the dominant status in allocating resource, local government can distinctly influence the resource input rate for state-owned economy and non-state-owned economy, and local government maximizes its own benefit by choosing the different rate. The relative scale, state-owned economy compares with non-state-owned economy, can evidently influence local government's choose, which is one of the most important reason for Chinese non-state-owned economy developing in different ways. |
