| 摘 要： | 公司治理是促进上市公司发展的基本策略,公司治理理论应充分吸收知识产权理论的最新发展成果,才能更有效地促进我国上市公司的成长。产权理论与传统公司治理理论的融合可以在股东治理、董事会治理、监事会治理、经理层治理、信息披露治理与利益相关者治理等六个方面展开。
