| 摘 要： | 通过对贫困性农户金融供给现状进行简要分析,揭示了在市场机制主导下,农村正规金融市场与非正规金融市场对于贫困性农户的资金支持都是不足的,也就是说,农村金融市场对于贫困性农户存在市场失灵现象。政府应对金融市场进行干预。
