摘    要:人-组织匹配理论自提出以来就受到了较为广泛的关注。其中,国外的研究较深入,其理论基础也较成熟;国内对人-组织匹配的研究多集中在实践领域;而国内外对人-组织动态匹配的研究都相对较少。文章试图从人-组织匹配和离职意愿的相互作用的角度来阐释它们之间的互动关系,并为企业减少员工离职从人-组织动态匹配的视角提供一定的理论支持。

Abstract:Since Person-Organization Fit theory was came up with,it has been paid much attention.Among these,detail research has been done at abroad and its theoretical basis is more sophisticated.In contrast,domestic research focuses more attention on the practice field in this aspect.However,Person-Organization Dynamic Fit research has been paid less attention both at home and abroad.On the basis of the relationships between Person-Organization Fit and turnover intention,this essay tries to illustrate their interaction,thus it can provide some theoretical support for enterprises reducing employee exit from the aspect of Person-Organization Dynamic Fit theory.
