| 摘 要： | 使用沪深325家非金融类上市公司1997年～2006年的相关数据,对CEO权力与强制性CEO变更的关系进行实证研究发现:CEO兼任董事长、外部董事和依存董事的比例、大股东代表的身份以及CEO的任职时间的长短等能显著增加CEO的权力,降低CEO被强制更换的可能性；而CEO的持股比例及其教育背景等西方国家CEO的重要权力源...

| Abstract: | This paper investigates CEO power and its impact on forced CEO turnover.Using the panel data of 325 non-financial listed companies in China,this study finds that CEO power increases where CEOs simultaneously serve as the chairperson in a company,the proportions of outside directors and interdependent directors are higher,and CEOs have the status of the representative of the top largest shareholder.In addition,it is interesting to find that some factors which have significant impacts on CEO power and CEO tur... |
