摘    要:目的:探讨TBL教学模式在神经病学教学中的应用的效果评估。方法:将2010级医本1班60名本科生作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和TBL组。常规组采用传统的大课进行教学,TBL组利用TBL模式教学,统计分析教学前后成绩。问卷调查学生对TBL教学的看法与满意度等。结果:常规组测试成绩平均分为7.47分,TBL组成绩平均分为9.36分(10分满分),分值提高了18.9%,成绩差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果表明85%的同学对本次授课满意。结论:TBL教学模式提高了神经病学的教学质量,增强了团队的合作能力,希望在神经病学的教学中得到广泛应用。

Abstract:Objective: discussion on the effect assessment of the application of TBL teaching mode in neurology teaching. Methods: taking 60 undergraduates in class 1, grade 2010 as the research object, randomly divided into normal group and TBL group. Regular group uses traditional large class, TBL group uses TBL model teaching, analyzing the results before and after teaching. We uses the questionnaire to survey students' perceptions and satisfaction of TBL teaching, etc. Results: the average score of regular group is 7.47 seore and the average score of TBL group is 9.36 score (the full mark is 10 score), the score is increased by 18.9%, the result difference has statistically significance (P〈0.05). Survey results show that 85% students satisfied with the teaching. Conclusion: TBL teaching model improves the teaching quality of neurology, strengthens the team cooperation ability, we hope thai it will be widely used in the teaching of neurology.
