| 摘 要： | 随着企业管理体制改革的不断深入和法人治理结构的不断完善,纪检监察工作不断融入到企业经营管理和安全生产等活动中,逐渐的渗透到企业运作的各个环节,监控资金动作的安全。如何充分发挥企业纪检监察的职能作用,进一步健全和完善企业制约机制,提高企业的管理水平,是摆在我们纪检监察工作人员面前的一项迫切任务,需要我们深入研究采取措施予以解决。

| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of the reform of enterprise management system and the continuous improvement of corporate governance structure perfection, the discipline inspection and supervision work continuously gets into the enterprise management, the safety production and other activities, gradually infiltrates into every link of enterprise operation, monitors the safety of capital operation. How to full play the functions of the discipline inspection and supervision of enterprises, further improve and perfect the enterprise control mechanism, improve the management level of enterprises are urgent tasks for staffs of the discipline inspection and supervision, which need us carry on a further study and take measures to solve those problems. |
