国有建筑施工企业员工培训现状分析及对策研究

摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资源已经成为企业的核心竞争力。而培训作为人力资源开发的一种具体形式,正在企业中发挥越来越重要的作用。本文选取中铁某建筑施工企业为研究案例,分析了该企业培训工作的现状及存在的问题,并探讨改进该企业员工培训工作的具体措施,建立与本企业相适应的、实效性强的培训体系,从而为提高该企业员工队伍的整体素质,提升企业的核心竞争力提供实证参考。

Abstract:With the coming of knowledge economy era, human resources has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. As a specific form of human resource development, training plays an increasingly important role in enterprise. This paper selects a construction enterprise of China Railway as case study, analyzes the training status and problems of this enterprise and discusses specific measures to improve the staff training, establishes training system that adapting to the business and having strong effective so as to provide empirical reference for improving the overall quality of enterprise's staff and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
