频谱分析仪自动校准系统设计

摘    要:针对传统手工校准频谱分析仪存在校准时间久、效率低、容易引入人为误差等问题。为提高我单位计量保障能力,研制了基于GPIB总线结构的频谱分析仪自动校准系统。详细论述了系统硬件标准的选取、软件流程设计、及部分软件功能模块,并给出了相关测试程序和软件界面。该项目现已应用于实际计量校准工作中,为我单位创造了更大的经济效益。

Abstract:For the problem of the traditional manual calibration spectrum analyzer calibration need long time,low efficiency,easy to introduce human error. In order to improve my metrology Guarantee ability,designed spectrum analyzer automatic calibration system based on the GPIB bus architecture. This paper elaborated how to selecting hardware standards,software design process,and software function modules,and gave the relevant test procedures and software interface. The project has been applied to the actual measurement and calibration work,created greater economic benefits for my unit.
