| 摘 要： | 邓小平在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的实践中，创造性地提出了一系列崭新的经济思想，这些经济思想充分体现在他的经济发展观中。以人（人民）为本，则是邓小平经济发展观的出发点和落脚点。因此，研究邓小平经济发展观中以人为本的伦理内涵，有助于我们更好地理解邓小平经济思想的精神实质，认清经济建设的方向和目的，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping creatively put forward a series of new economic ideas during reform,opening up,and socialist modernization construction practices.These ideas adequately are reflected in his concept of economic development.People-oriented view both is the starting and ending points of Deng Xiaoping's concept of economic development.Therefore,the study of Deng Xiaoping's concept of economic development in the people-oriented ethical content can help us to understand the spirit of Deng Xiaoping's thinking of the real economy better,and recognize the direction and purpose of economic construction.It has great realistic significance. |
