| 摘 要： | 电力工程建设为服务经济社会发展提供了强有力的支撑和保障。文章分析了电力工程建设领域存在的主要问题和问题出现的主要原因,从规范工程建设项目决策、规范招标投标活动、加强工程建设项目实施和质量安全管理、建设项目信息公开和诚信体系建设、惩防并举五个方面,就如何在电力企业开展工程建设领域突出问题专项治理进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Power engineering construction provides strong support and guarantee for servicing the economy society development. The paper analyzes the main problems in power project construction field and the causes. From five aspects such as standardizing project construction decision, standardizing bidding, strengthening project construction implementation and quality safety management, construction project information disclosure and construction of credit system and the combination of punishment and prevention, the paper discusses the special project to address prominent problems in power enterprise engineering construction. |
