| 摘 要： | 通过对我国中小城市与大城市的商业银行中间业务的比较,发现我国商业银行中间业务在中小城市的发展水平远落后于我国大城市和西方发达国家,中小城市的商业银行在中间业务上存在较大弱质性.在分析了我国中小城市商业银行中间业务的弱质性和发展的必要性后,提出了针对弱质性的弥补对策.
