| 摘 要： | 详述了国内外森林生态补偿的发展概况,深刻分析了生态补偿的三个关键科学问题,并指出了今后的研究方向:明确与我国现实需求相一致,具有中国特色的生态补偿概念;建立一套具有现实有效性、能与当地社会经济发展水平相一致的生态补偿标准;进一步研究自愿协商的方式在生态补偿中的应用,在政府的协调下,通过生态付出区和生态收益区民主协商,建立上下游联动,根据市场变化灵活浮动的生态服务补偿方式。
