导师在提高研究生培养质量过程中的作用定位研究

我国研究生培养实行的是＂导师负责制＂,导师是研究生培养的第一负责人,在研究生培养质量中起着十分重要的作用。文中通过理论的运用,结合对江西某大学进行实证调查阐述了导师在提高研究生培养质量的过程中,从成人、成才、成业三个方面出发,起了示范、主导以及引领的作用并通过调查分析出导师在指导学生过程中存在的问题。
