摘    要:随着城市物流信息化水平的逐渐提高,应用型物流工程人才的缺口越来越明显。现今,我国高校工程物流专业的人才培养与符合企业岗位群能力需求的物流人才差距巨大。在此背景下,文中以我校电子商务平台的运营为背景,以TOPCARES-CDIO为依托,采用"项目进课堂"、学分替换等模式,提出了产学研一体化的人才培养创新机制。通过一体化的人才培养方案创新机制,将有效提升学生的综合素质、就业竞争力和创新能力。

Abstract:With the graduallydevelopment of the city's logistics informationization,the talent gap of application logistics engineering has been increasingly apparent. Today,the gap between the talent cultivation and enterprise post group of ability is very enormous. Based on the background,this paper puts forward a new talent training innovation mechanism of industry-university-research,which has the background of e-commerce platform operation,based on the TOPCARES-CDIO,and using the new model such as "project into classroom",credit replace,and so on. Through the innovation mechanism,the comprehensive qualities,employment competitiveness and innovation ability of the students will be improved effectively.
