工程管理专业实践教学体系研究

工程管理专业实践教学是工程管理人才培养中的极为重要的一个环节。文中根据目前实践教学实际,分析了当前工程管理专业实践教学存在的问题,提出构建工程管理专业实践教学体系的三个方面的建议：合理安排实习时间,积极创造实习机会;不同院校课程体系定位鲜明,各科实践环节紧密联系;优化教师队伍综合素质,提升专业任课教师实践技能。

Study on Project Management Professional Practice Teaching System

Practical teaching of engineering management is an extremely important segment in engineering management personnel training. The paper,based on the current situation of practical teaching,analyzes the existing problem during the practical teaching segment. Finally,it put forward 3 proposals to establish practical teaching system of engineering management： to arrange the internship reasonably and create opportunities of internship actively; the curriculum system should be identified distinctively in varied universities and practical segments of different subjects should be closely linked; to optimize teachers＇ comprehensive quality and promote practical skills of professionals.
