| 摘 要： | 随着经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对鲜活农产品质量与品质的要求也越来越高。文中介绍了冷链物流的一些基本知识和概念,分析了湖南省农产品冷链物流的发展现状,找出了存在的问题,提出了关于发展农产品冷链物流的策略。

| Abstract: | With rapid economic development and the improvement of people＇s living standard,people have a higher requirement for the quality of fresh agricultural products.In this paper, some basic knowledge and concepts of cold chain logistics were introduced,status quo of cold chain logistics of Hunan agricultural product was analyzed,problems were identified,and some tactics on the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural product were put forward. |
