| 摘 要： | 创新地产商业模式是我国房地产转型升级的必然之路。论文回顾了万达商业模式演进的三个阶段及其存在的困境,并基于价值网络理论剖析了万达商业模式转型与创新的路径和经济结果,最后提出了我国房地产企业转型与创新的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Innovative real estate business model is an inevitable road for the transformation and upgrading of China＇s real estate. This article has recalled the evolution of the three business model for Wanda. It has deconstructed Wanda business model and explored its dilemma. Then it has analyzed the path of the Wanda business model transformation and innovation from the theory of value network,and explained the economic consequences of business model transformation and innovation. Finally,it has proposed some suggestions for the China＇s real estate industry transformation and innovation. |
