浅析中小企业物流外包的风险及规避

随着经济的发展,物流外包作为中小企业的一种战略模式逐渐被社会所了解和认可,成为降低企业成本,提升企业竞争力的有效手段。但在物流服务供需合作过程中,风险仍不可避免地存在。文中在分析中小企业物流外包风险的基础上,提出了各种措施来规避中小企业在物流外包行为中可能出现的风险。
